"I can not buy myself a better mood, and I can not eat my way to happiness!"
That's exactly what I told myself, and I wrote it down. Now if I would just live by it! I have had a major problem in the last couple of months just spending money on stuff I don't really need, or spending it on fast food. I totally realize that I have a problem and that it needs to be fixed, and soon! This week I will strive to do better. I will eat better, drink more water, and add exercise for sure. I know I can do it, I did it before, but I've got to prove it to myself again. Thanks to all for the encouragement!
I'm going to type Josh's latest post now. It's short, but he's started working on another one now. I've decided not to add my own comments to what he has written...or at least not quite as many. I tend to ramble, in case you didn't already know! Hope everyone has a great day!

Yay Amanda! You're 1.5 pounds up on me. Good work! If you can lose 2.5 pounds during a week of bad eating an not exercising, as you described, I can't wait to see what you can do when you're back on the wagon! Good work, and keep it up!
Great job. 2.5 lbs is really good. If I lose that much in one week I am estatic.
I was told yesterday by the surgeon to lose as much weight as possible without becoming anemic (sp?). Well, THAT won't be a problem! Losing the 20 pounds I'd love to lose will be the problem! ha ha Keep it up, we'll work on it together! through our posts!! PS~I've stalked your posts, too ;)
