Week 2 Weigh In...

and down another 1.5 lbs. I'm happy about it, but still I haven't pushed myself enough. Since I have 20 weeks left until Josh comes home, I have decided that I would be happier losing 40 lbs. That means I need to lose 2 lbs. a week...totally doable, right? I'm also about to start back to WW, but actually going to the meetings this time. I'm so excited about it! Through our insurance with the BOE, we only have to pay half of the WW fee. I, along with several other coworkers, am going to take advantage of this opportunity. We should start in the next couple of weeks. Can't wait! I have one of the WW cookbooks, so I've decided to start trying maybe one recipe a week out of it and I'll let you know if it's worth trying. Stay tuned for that!

Not much else to write. I woke up sick sick sick this morning, so I've been in bed most of the day. Hopefully I'll feel much better tomorrow. I hope everyone has a great day!

Oh, and Josh told me in the letter I got today to let "his public" know that he will have a new post soon...He's doing good, and is now playing softball. I may have already mentioned that though.

Have a good one!

Congrats. Slow and steady is the way to go. That is the only way I've been able to do it and keep some of it off.

Good for you- that's awesome about getting WW for 1/2 off!

You are doing so good. Keep up the good work and I've heard that WW is the best program so good luck with that. I know you can reach your goal before Josh gets back.

Keep up your good work Amanda! I have been pushing and pulling for the past six months to try to drop this baby weight I piled on. I will keep you and your success in my prayers! :)
