3 - Muir Glen Diced Tomatoes - 3 for $4.00 (3 - $1.00 off q's)= $1.00
1 - Kraft Singles - 2 for $5.00 ($2.50 - $.50 q that was doubled to $1.00) = $1.00
1 - Crystal Light - BOGO ($2.35 - $.50 q that was doubled to $1.00) = $1.35
2 - Nestle Hot Cocoa - BOGO ($1.99 - 2/$.75 off q's) = $.49
2 - Uncle Bens Rice - BOGO ($1.59 - 1/BOGO q) = FREE
1 - Peter Pan Peanut Butter - $2.75 (-$.50 q that was doubled to $1.00) = $1.75
2 - Idahoan Mashed Potatoes - BOGO ($1.29 - 2/$.75 off q's) = +$.21 overage
2 - Pop Secret Popcorn - 2 for $4.83 (-$.75 off of 2) = $4.08
1 - Grands Cinnamon Rolls - $3.89 (- Try them Free q) = FREE
Ok, before I give the total, I didn't write what I had a q for and how much, so I'm off somewhere b/c it's not adding up exactly right, but here it is:
Total Before Advertised Specials & Q's = $51.58
Total After Advertised Specials & Q's = $8.78 + $2.20 tax = $10.98 oop
Total Savings $42.80

Cute, Teale! I need to get added to your list of blog designs so that when you start again, I can get a new one. I need to put a post up to get suggestions on a name. I just think if I had one soley (sp??) dedicated to saving money and coupons/advertised specials, I would post a lot more and feel like people would actually get something out of it. Then, I could just use this one to blog about life! I'm mailing you some q's tomorrow.
Where do you get your coupons!? The newspaper?
Mandi - I do get my coupons from the paper (this past Sunday I bought 2 extra b/c the coupons were great for what I usually buy). I also get them from the All You magazine which is sold at Walmart. A lot of my coupons I print online...check out coupons.com to get some. Also, if you sign up with different companies (SC Johnson, Proctor & Gamble, etc), they will have coupons on their website that you can print and they will send them to you in the mail. Hope this helps!
