Yesterday, Josh and I had our first appointment (consultation) with the fertility specialist. He did a run down of my medical history as well as Josh's. After determining that as of right now there is nothing wrong with either of us, he went through the tests that we have already had. We have had 3 out of 5 done so far. There will be two more tests this month (I was so happy that we didn't have to re-do the ones we already had) and if everything is ok with the next two, then he'll have to be a little more invasive to see what the problem could be. He said that he could understand trying for one year, maybe two, but as long as we have with no baby...he said that's some serious bad luck. Thanks!
All in all, I do feel better knowing that we're being pro-active. Would I have loved to have been told, you're perfectly healthy, absolutely nothing wrong, you've just been doing this wrong. Correct it and you'll be pregnant this month...Of course I would love that! I know it's not that easy though, and I know that even going through all of this, it still might not be in God's plan at this moment or even ever. I just have to know right now that I'm doing something to at least rule this out.
I apologize for my rambling...I hope I made sense. Please continue to keep us in your prayers. I pray for patience daily...hopefully I'm getting there.
