Mae's Garden Week....?

Ok, so I've totally lost count on what week this is. I think maybe week 5, but I'm not a hundred percent sure on that. I apologize for the lack of posts. I've been a little busy and preoccupied...I know, I know, what kind of excuse is that?! Well, I promise, I'll try to be better :o)

With all that said, here are a few pics of my garden...It's grown quite a bit since you last saw it...

There are 2 little jalapenos...

Isn't that bell pepper the cutest little pepper you've ever seen??

My first red cherry tomato!!

Picked it and ate it...it was yummy, but I'm one of those weird people who likes cold tomatoes, so I'm sure it would have been ten times better if I had refrigerated it first ;o) I have several more, but only one more turning red at the moment.

If you're wondering why my garden looks like a big ole mess, I'll tell you. This, as you already know, is my first garden, and I didn't quite realize the meaning of "over crowding" until a couple of weeks ago. Literally, the cantaloupe plants are TAKING OVER! I told my co-workers that I'm inventing "Beanaloups"...it's a combination of my green beans and cantaloupes! Hopefully I can get out there and re-route those vines so that once they do produce, they won't squash everything else that's out there. You can't even tell that I have carrots right now, lol!

I do have some mint and oregano growing, but nothing like what you've got growing :)

Congrats
