Thank you....

First, I want to thank everyone for the prayers on my behalf last week. It is so comforting to know that so many of you love and care for me and Josh!!

So I had the laparoscopy last Friday around 1:30 (I think), and it lasted just over an hour. Dr. S DID find mild endometriosis and he was able to go ahead and take care of it. I have pictures, but didn't want anyone to get sick by seeing my organs, lol! I will be happy to scan them and attach to this post though if you are interested. The doctor said that everything else looked great! Now we are on our own for the next 3 months to see if we can get pregnant on our own. If not, our next step is Clomid with an IUI. I won't even get into all that at this point because who knows, I could very well have a pregnancy post in the near future :o)

I have to tell you that I'm relieved with the outcome...I wanted something to be found, and it was. Does this mean that without a doubt we are going to conceive a child? Not necessarily. But it does give me some piece of mind.

In all the talk about us not being able to have children (or just the fact that it hasn't happened yet), I never want to come across as being ungrateful! I am soo grateful and thankful for what I DO HAVE! I have my wonderful, loving, sweet husband who cared for me greatly over the weekend (I can not brag on him enough...he was awesome!). I have the greatest family and the most supportive friends that anyone could ask for. I could go on and on and on, but I think you get what I'm saying :o) Even if we never have children, I am so happy with the life that I have and thankful for it every single day!!
