Make a change, Monday...
I know, I know...I totally skipped out last week. Why? One because we were super busy that week, and while I made some changes, none were really blog worthy. But this week...I think this change is definitely blog worthy...
I re-joined Weight Watchers Online!! I'm stoked! If you've been reading my blog from the beginning, then you know that I had huge success (no pun intended) with this before. Go HERE to read about my first journey with WW. Sadly, and ashamed to say it, I have gained all but 3 of those 54 lbs back. Well I'm back, I'm excited and I'm ready to make that change....FOR GOOD! I'll keep you updated on my progress.What change have you made this week?Have a good one everybody!!

Oh Amanda, I so need to lost a good 40 pounds :/ A girlfriend and I did WW for about two months but ended up only losing 4 pounds between us! We would end the session with a "where are we eating dinner?!" haha
Hang in there for I know you can do it! I have begun today with drinking ONLY diet Dr. Peppers and lots of water; NO snacks! and only a small bowl of Cheerios for Breakfast and Lean Cuisine for dinner. John and I are also going to the fitness center later this afternoon to begin a treadmill plan three days a week. Good luck to you and to me!!
