Alright...

So first of all, I can't believe that I had the guts to put that picture online! I do want to thank y'all for the positive comments (and birthday wishes), but I have to tell you something funny. My mom called me last night and said "I don't remember you looking that big! Did you do something to the picture??" I was like, thanks mom! I guess that's somewhat of a compliment?! Oh well. I also shouldn't have said that was my "after" picture...it's more like my current picture. I haven't reached the after weight quite yet. Looking at the pics though definitely give me the motivation to reach my goal weight!

Alright, back to the first post. Josh is driving me crazy trying to get me to finish and get to the present. I want to get to the present, but I'm not in a rush by any means. I'm trying to just write everything down as it comes to me, and make it flow. Make sense?? Good! So I ended the first one by asking the question did everything really fall into place. Well, not exactly. Just 1 month after Josh and I officially met in person, I broke up with him. On his birthday! Is that awful or what?! I did though...to this day I can't tell you why. I think that it was all just so new to me, basically b/c I had never dated anyone, ever! Josh was my first boyfriend, first date. I guess I was just scared of getting close to someone. So I broke his heart the first time. First time? Yes! We got back together just a couple of days later and then boom! Once again, like a month after that, I broke up with him again! What's wrong with me?! Actually, what's wrong with him?! I dumped this guy twice, and he still wants me back?? I guess he was out of his mind in love with me...and I can't blame him for that ;) Just kidding...He fought to win my heart back (which he had never lost to begin with), and we have been together ever since. He proposed to me February 15, 2003 at the beach. It was very sweet and thoughtful! We were engaged just over a year and then got married April 17, 2004. I love that date! It was a wonderful wedding, and of course I think that since it was mine! We were married outside at the Buena Vista in Prattville (my hometown). The weather turned out to be perfect, other than being a little warm, but I think the ice cream sundae's we had at the reception helped with that. Of course we don't know for sure...to this day Josh swears he never had a bite of his red velvet grooms cake! I will never hear the end of it! Love you babe!

After we were married, I moved into the house the had purchased not long before from his parents. It was the house that he grew up in. I didn't love it at the time, but now I would give anything to be living there! We moved from there about 7 months after we got married, into a much bigger, prettier house. I loved it...we both did. Everything happened so fast, that I don't even remember how it all took place. By that, I mean putting an offer on the house and going through that whole process. It's like we blinked and moved in! We lived there for 2 years before moving in to where we are now. That would be with my mother-in-law. We live in the bonus room above her garage. I am hoping to find a home soon, but my choices are pretty slim right now. There really just isn't much out there!

Well...I feel like I'm leaving something out, but maybe it will come to me later and I can write another post. For now, I'm going to watch LPBW (Little People, Big World). It started back tonight...Yea! I love that family!! I hope everyone has a wonderful night!!

Amanda, I agree with you, your wedding was beautiful! It was my first "destination wedding" and I enjoyed it a lot. The ice cream sundae idea was one of my favorites, along with the group photo on the porch. :)

It's funny your mom said that. Sounds like a "backwards compliment" to me! Y'alls wedding was very pretty- I actually have some pictures from it I can email you if you want some for your blog! Just let me know...

Oh I meant to ask you what you thought of LPBW-- we thought the RV thing was great! I can't believe they let their kids get away with doing so bad in school- like, oh well they'll just go to summer school. Way to go!

I know, Teale! I was thinking, I never would have got away with those grades! Crazy...but I liked the road trip too. I think it's going to be a great season! They were also advertising a NEW Jon & Kate last night, but it was a rerun! I was disappointed.
I would love it if you can send me some pics from our wedding. You took some great ones. Email them to amandamae04@bellsouth.net . Thanks!!
