Log into blogger and under 'manage your posts' click on the link that says "layout". Then click on "add a page element". For a blog list, select "link list". You'll have to type in the URL and site name. After it is saved, just drag the box that says "link list/html- or whatever you've titled your list" to the spot where you want it located on your blog. Most people put it below the 'about me' section. Hope that helps!
