I know it may sound silly for someone to say how much fun they have shopping at CVS, but it actually can be. It amazes me how great the deals can be there! I do have a lot to tell you about this wonderful store, and I will tell you all about it, but for now I'm just going to tell you about my visit there last week. Right now I'm working on my scenario for this week and as soon as I know exactly what I'm going to do, I'll let you know! Here is the list of what I bought from my first transaction:
2 Colgate Max Fresh Toothpastes (2.99 - Earn $2.00 in ECB's from each)
Coupons:
2 - $1.00 off q's
Used $2.00 in ECB's that I earned the week before leaving my total to be:
$1.98 + $0.32 tax = $2.30 oop (out of pocket)
Transaction # 2:
2 Pledge Surface Cleaners (2 for $5.00)
2 Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaners (2 for $5.00)
1 Pledge (2 for $5.00)
1 Fantastic (2 for $5.00)
2 Excedrin Extra Strength Rapid Release Gels (1.99 each)
1 Kleenex Box (.89)
2 Pumpkin Pails (.99 each - Earn .99 each in ECB's)
Coupons:
4 - $2.00 off q's for Pledge, Scrubbing Bubbles
2 - $2.00 off q's for Excedrin
1 - $0.40 off Kleenex
Used $4.00 & $5.00 ECB that I earned the week before leaving my total to be:
$0.45 + $1.03 tax = $1.48 oop (out of pocket)
Total Savings for this day: $41.24
Total OOP: $3.78
Not too bad and I got cleaning products for $0.50 a piece! Also, I made $1.98 in ECB's which I will be using to go towards this weeks purchases.
